We have over 20 years of experience helping people live their natural genius all over the world. The Genius Coaching Program is currently the only program available assessing people's natural genius. 

 

        Otto Siegel 

For more than 25 years, Otto has been coaching children and adults to live their natural genius. He is an author, speaker and Master Certified Coach. As the founder and president of Genius Coaching, LLC he partners with corporate executives and entrepreneurs to discover and leverage their natural genius with focus and fun. He studied behavioral science with Nobel Prize winner Prof. Dr. Konrad Lorenz in Munich/Germany and holds a master’s degree in education, biology, and chemistry. He is a passionate skier and a professional ski instructor. 
 

       Susanna Lange 

In a successful corporate career in project management and account management in Germany and the U.S., Susanna continuously demonstrated how living her natural genius makes fast and seemingly impossible career moves easy and fulfilling. Susanna joined Otto in 1995 in Germany to co-develop Fit for Learning, a highly effective program that has helped hundreds of children and adults do quantum leaps in educational settings. Susanna re-joined Otto at Genius Coaching in 2005 to co-develop the Genius Assessment Coaching Program, one of the only programs available today to help people assess their natural genius. She is a certified learning consultant and personal and business coach with 25 years of international experience in multicultural environments in Israel, Costa Rica, Germany, and the U.S.
